These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Pilates Retreat Subscription ("Subscription") offered by otm. ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Overview

   • The Subscription requires a monthly payment of $200, credited toward the total cost of one of six Pilates retreats scheduled for 2026 ("Retreat").

   • The Subscription is available from June 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025.

   • If the Subscriber does not attend a retreat in 2026, a negotiation needs to take place between the Subscriber & otm. to determine whether the amount can be credited towards a retreat held beyond 2026.

   • Subscribers must maintain monthly payments until the final lump sum payment is due, as outlined below.

2. Retreat Details

   • Six Retreats will be held in 2026 at locations to be announced. Each Retreat includes accommodations, meals, and Pilates sessions, as detailed in the confirmation email and on our website.

   • Retreat dates will be announced by September 30, 2025, via email and on our website.

   • Retreats have limited capacity, and spots are allocated based on availability at the time of selection.

3. Total Retreat Cost

   • The total cost of a Retreat varies by room type:

     • Twin Shared Room: $3,000 (before discounts).

     • Quad Shared Room: $3,500 (before discounts).

     • Private Room: $4,000 (before discounts).

   • An early bird discount of $300 is applied to the total cost for all Subscribers who enroll by July 30, 2025 under the PILATES RETREAT SUBSCRIPTION.

4. Payment Structure

   • Monthly Payments: $200 per month, automatically debited via the payment method provided at subscription start, beginning on the date of enrollment and continuing on the same day each month.

   • Final Lump Sum: The remaining balance (total Retreat cost minus monthly payments and the early bird discount) is due 60 days before the selected Retreat date. Payment details will be provided in a confirmation email.

   • All payments are in AUD dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Retreat and Room Selection

   • Subscribers must select their preferred Retreat date and room type by December 31, 2025, via the method specified in the confirmation email.

   • If a Subscriber fails to select a Retreat date and room type by December 31, 2025, the Subscriber may not be able to attend their preferred retreat date.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

   • All payments (monthly and lump sum) are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

   • If a Subscriber cancels their Subscription or fails to attend their selected Retreat, no refunds or credits will be issued. Credits can be applied to retreats beyond 2026, if agreed to by otm.

7. Cancellation or Transfer

   • Subscriptions are non-transferable to another person without our prior written consent, which may be subject to an administrative fee.

8. Missed Payments

   • If a Subscriber misses a monthly payment, we will attempt to process the payment again within 7 days. If the payment remains unpaid, the Subscription may be canceled, and all prior payments will be forfeited without refund.

9. Force Majeure

   • If a Retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer Subscribers a credit toward a future Retreat or a refund, at our discretion.

10. Subscriber Obligations

    • Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up-to-date to receive notifications about Retreat dates, payment deadlines, and other updates.

    • Subscribers must comply with all Retreat rules and policies, as communicated in the confirmation email and at the Retreat.

11. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Subscription or Retreat.

    • Our liability for any claim related to the Subscription or Retreat is limited to the total amount paid by the Subscriber.

12. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This offer is only available for a limited time (End of July 2025) for a limited number of people.

By enrolling in the Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or our website.

Calculation Examples

Assumptions

• Total Retreat Cost:

  • Quad Shared Room: $3,000 (before discounts).

  • Twin Shared Room: $3,500 (before discounts).

  • Private Room: $4,000 (before discounts).

• Early Bird Discount: $300, applied to all subscribers who enroll by July 30, 2025.

• Monthly Subscription: $200 per month, credited toward the total retreat cost.

• Final Lump Sum: Total retreat cost minus monthly payments and early bird discount, due 60 days before the retreat.

• Subscription Start: July 1, 2025 (assuming the subscriber enrolls on the first day of July).

• Tax: Excluded for simplicity (add applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction).

Example 1: You subscribe in July 2025, & attend the May 2026 Retreat

• Retreat Date: May 15, 2026.

• Final Lump Sum Due: March 16, 2026 (60 days before).

• Subscription Period: July 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026.

• Months Paid: 8 months (July 2025 to February 2026).

• Monthly Payments: 8 × $200 = $1,600.

• Early Bird Discount: $300.

Calculations:

• Quad Shared Room:

  • Total Cost: $3,000.

  • After Discount: $3,000 - $300 = $2,700.

  • After Monthly Payments: $2,700 - $1,600 = $1,100.

  • Lump Sum Due: $1,100 (due March 16, 2026).

• Twin Shared Room:

  • Total Cost: $3,500.

  • After Discount: $3,500 - $300 = $3,200.

  • After Monthly Payments: $3,200 - $1,600 = $1,600.

  • Lump Sum Due: $1,600 (due March 16, 2026).

Summary:

• Quad Shared Room: Pay $200/month for 8 months ($1,600 total) + $1,100 lump sum = $2,700 total.

• Twin Shared Room: Pay $200/month for 8 months ($1,600 total) + $1,600 lump sum = $3,200 total.
