After teaching pilates for 10 years, I thought it was time to share with you everything that I have learnt. From the moment I was thrown in the deep end, when I first did my training to now it has always been curiosity & a and self study that has led me to improving as a teacher & facilitator.

Pilates more recently has led me to connect with like-minded girls from all across the world! I am forever grateful for the conversations and interactions that I have through the power of social media! It is my aim to continue to find girls who do pilates in all corners of the world. This course will allow you to connect will instructors from around the world.
Monthly video calls
As part of this course, we complete two video calls, to assist you with the learning process.

The course is a comprehensive set of coursework in different formats - written, videos & voice notes. Everyone learns differently, so I have tried to cater to all learning styles. To get the full experience, I encourage to attend an in-person workshop, event or retreat.

The best way to learn is to get involved. Go to your favourite instructors classes, learn from girls on YouTube, make friends, grow as a person - through self study. Listen to podcasts, read books, practice the flows yourself.

I believe that everyone is capable of abundance - there’s no such thing as competition, and if you want something enough you will explore every way possible to achieve it.
Put simply - I started park pilates and on week 5 had 36 people join - break that down, $10 per class = $360 for 1 hour…
